ISO

What are ISO standards? ISO 9001 represents the series of international standards that indicate that a specific company has quality assurance policies and remains faithful to them in its work instructions and standard operating procedures. In other words, SAY WHAT YOU DO AND DO WHAT YOU SAY.

The ISO 9002 quality system is based upon 19 elements and calls for formulating a quality manual and documented procedures that define the organization and operation of the quality system. The International Standards Organization consists of 250 countries that formulated the ISO standards in joint collaboration.

ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 quality systems embody models for quality assurance in production, installation and servicing. However, ISO 9001 also requires quality assurance in design and development (AM-SIDER GmbH & Co. KG is registered under ISO 9001).
